Sian graduated from the Oonagh Boman School of Make-up in 2007 with a diploma in Fashion and Photographic Make-up and quickly began to enjoy success as a freelance Make-up Artist, with her work appearing in publications such as The Irish Times magazine, AU magazine and Ulster Tatler and clients such as Thierry Mugler Perfume.
Although her background lies in Marine Biology, a stint as a make-up artist while helping out on a friend’s short film had convinced Sian that this was the career path she would like to follow.
Sian is passionate about working in films, as well as in fashion and has gone on to work on many films including ‘City of Embers’ and ‘50 Dead Men Walking’.
She recently decided to build on her existing make-up knowledge by taking a Special Effects make-up course in Dublin and now works between Belfast and London.
